If you are one of the many concerned parents who have followed the trail of Soky news stories, it’s not long before you reach a predictable destination.

That’s what is happening now for the RTE children's television presenter. After making a scene at the Irish premier of Madagascar: Escape to Africa last Christmas and crashing his '08 Lamborghini Diablo, it wasn’t a surprise to see the sock headed furball hitting rock bottom.

Last week end Soky collapsed on set while filming a Kitti cat commercial. RTE chiefs decided that enough is enough and demanded that the Sockmonster go straight to rehab. This is the second time Soky is going to rehab. “It’s the right thing to do,” said long time friend and co-host Emma O'Driscoll. “It is Soky's own idea to go”

This comes after an earlier Cocaine possession several weeks ago. Undercover Gardai followed a '09 Merc leaving Ballymun towers early one Sunday morning and performed a routine 'stop and search'.Gardai found Cocaine to the value of €250 euro and 23 grams of Hashish in a blue bucket which was in the boot of the car.

When asked what the substances were Soky replied to the female Garda "F**k you pig, theres a smell of Donegal catch off your fingers. Go home and wash yourself .....c**t."

Tabloid pictures range from Soky drunkenly exiting limo's in Dublin city centre to urinating on parked cars. This does not paint a pretty picture for a childrens television presenter

“Its time to stop this crap” said Ray D'arcy, who asked not to be identified, but we did anyway.

Soky checked into The Rutland Centre, Knocklyon Road, Templeogue, Dublin – the same place that stopped Shane McGowan drinking for 3 whole days.
