Noisy Bay Window!

I have moved to a new house and I am in an upstairs room which has a bay window. Problem is that when the wind blows there is a draft noise on one side of the window. I have sealed around the window with silicone but still no joy. The noise is quite loud and keeps me awake at night which is very frustrating. Anyone any…
