Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Got a real feel for reality. It was great to talk in real time. Although I still prefer the Kitchen as against the Parlour.

For any windows users I found Adobe Waves tonight to be faster than the browser interface.

I gave up after the 10th crash last night...

I think Buzz has a 3rd party application to use it in - It's far more stable, especially on Wave Board.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,319 ✭✭✭sineadw

That the Adobe thing? I'll have a look. It's usually fine in Chrome though :( Haven't had any issues really, even in busy waves. Oh well..

I think it got quiet enough after you left. The app referred to is here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/marketplace/index.cfm?event=marketplace.offering&offeringid=16581

    Clunky enough yet though.

    EDIT: SNAP!!

Waver and wave board appear to be Mac and iPhone? Anyone got something I can run in Vista (I know - hck! - long story...) or Ubuntu?

Working on PC here. The reference to iPhone is only indicating that the layout is IPhone layout and missing some features.

Well, I've not gone near it since the initial week I had it. Couldnt really see the use for it to be honest.

How long until Buzz hits the same "wave" of [lack of] enthusiasm? As bad as facebook is, Buzz is woeful in my experience.

    True,
Another google "app" that I've hidden from view.
Some of their software is fantastic, some not so good/needed.
