The first 3 to 5 days are the absolute worst.
After that it's all about the mental strength as the nicotine is gone from your body.
You are almost through the worst and it would be a terrible shame to let all that good work go to waste.
I gave up last Easter and am delighted with how far I'm come.

Monday was a breeze and i said to myself i should have done this years ago. Tuesday got worse as the day went on. Today has been a nightmare since i woke up. I've been brooding all day and spoken to no one(i know i'll be a smart arse). Going to bed is not an option as i'll be up until well after midnight and tv and books are annoying me. The internet was a final resort and i was avoiding logging on all day.

Here is my cracking thread :D

Day 2 and 3 were by far the worst for me.
I never thought I could give them up, so if I can do it, so can you!
Hang in there and take it five mins at a time if thats what it takes.
