Hi, Just wondering if anyone has a recipe for chicken with chilli and basil served in most thai restaurants. Obviously I know that the recipe needs chicken and thai basil (where is this available in Dublin?) but I cannot seem to identify the sauce. I expect it's some kind of fish sauce with sugar (from google searches) but…

Hi,

This is a staple meal in our home and I love it. I just use regular basil.

I love this dish. In thailand it is made with minced chicken.

You can buy the Thai/holy basil in the Asian Market in Druiry street, Dublin. Ocassionally.
