Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I find if you get one of those leave in deep penetrating conditioners and leave it in over night/ leave it on for an hour or two with a hot towel around your head they work wonders! :) I love the 3 minute miracle by Aussie, Osmo essence conditioners which can be bought from hair dressers....or you can get hair masks in boots...another one is the vivality one...I got it like a year ago in a €2 shop and theres loads left, I tend to use sparingly! :)

soak your hair in olive oil!
try and get as little as possible on the roots or you'l be a hugee grease ball !
put it in and leave it for as long as you can, you'l have to shampoo your hair about 3 times to get it out but it works..
