Outlook & DSL Down Help

    Hi.

    I recently set up my outlook express at home to forward all messages to a different account so I could receive them on my mobile.

    The outlook express is using an Eircom email account.

    The day after I did this I was unable to connect to the internet thru my Eircom DSL.

    Could the two be linked or is it just a problem with Eircom broadband being down.

    The two issues should not be related in any way.

    Why can't you retrieve the eircom mails on the phone? You shouldn't have to forward them on to another account.

    Unless you were messing with the router and the computer's Internet connection settings, your setup of Outlook should not be causing the problem.
