Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys,

I think the battery might be dead??

I just turned the key in the bike to use the lights to light up around the side of my house. The engine wasn't on, just the lights.

Literally only for 2 minutes, then the alarm went off. I try to start the bike now and just hear a loud buzz noise.

    Any ideas??

Yip, battery flat. Cold weather always shows up dying batteries.

Will the alarm arm/disarm when you press the fob?

Yeah the alarm will tuen on and off still.
I just tried it and it the buzz wasn't so loud and it sounded like the motor trying to start this time. Would heating the battery up help? I've no idea so just asking to be sure

    Good stuff!!

I used to notice that in the winter if its lying up for a week or so the battery would go flat - gave me an excuse to take it for a spin :D
