Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

He has been training with City the past week or so. Roddy said in an interview recently that he is hoping to agree financial terms with George soon.

Haran looks impressive from what I’ve seen – good touch, good finisher. Did well out on loan at Mons in ’08.

    **** him.

His agent just said Rovers are in for you and he agreed.

It's only when they were on the N4, he realized his mistake. :D

Meh. It seems he's nothing more than a common mercenary.

Two Shels defenders have re-signed for the following season, haven't a breeze why one is at all. An ex-Red striker (who isn't Rowe) has come back. And we've loaned a quality young lad off Bohs. :D

    Sean Byrne is it?

    11 a side say it's permenent http://www.eleven-a-side.com/first/news.asp?n=37952

    Surprised we let him go

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

The people I mentioned above are not confirmed yet on our website or anywhere else, but they're done deals I'm told. Byrnes permanent, yes.

Anyone heading to Rovers v Shels next Friday night? Might be a good chance for a boards beers before the match in the maldron?

He was one of them alright, still the pointless one to come. Don't think he started a game for us last season but I'm open to correction.

Say most of the reds who post on here will be going, probably won't be able to make it to a board beers might you but I'll see what the story is later in the week.

What's the point in the Doherty signing? Spent most of last season injured.

Chris Turner has signed for us.

    Also Craig Walsh.

Who played last night and scored, Mark Hughes, still hasn't been announced yet.

Ray Scully the defender I haven't a breeze why re-signed and Philiy Gorman the ex-red Striker both lined out today for the reds against a PFAI selection. That's all my transfer news.:D

Rowe lined out for the PFAI selection, and Anto Flood and Dave McAllister are up there watching on.

He turns like the Titanic but he'll do a job for ye. Ray Scully wtf:confused: Didn't see that coming.

Ryan didn't look to shabby. Suppose should know our full squad in a couple of weeks. ne positive is our defence looked solid which is were our problems fell last season.

We know our full squad already

    http://extratime.ie/newsdesk/articles/2842/
Even though he has been able to bolster his squad with some exciting signings Keely has no further plans to add to his panel ahead of the new campaign.

"All the ingredients are in the pot now and whether it does what it says on the can after all that I don't know," he explained.

"Sure I have no more money, anyone that wants to come and play for free are more than welcome to do so."

Not all players have been annouced though. Gorman, Hughes, Scully, Ryan, etc...

Thinking about that a bit more, how can that muppet McGuinness allow it ffs? Considering he wanted Shels gone because we weren't paying players them years ago, how his book has changed.

Dave Mulcahy has rejoined Pats. Happy with that - I was surprised he was allowed leave in '08.

Keith Quinn has joined us. Former Sheffield Utd youth player.

Doesnt look like it. Heard he was having a trial with blackpool a while back also rumours of Rovers taking him. A bit of a loss but we have brought in good quality to hopefully make up for his loss.

He was training with us before going on trial.

With Turner, Chambers, Rice and Bradley, I can't see why MON would want another midfielder when we still need to strengthen in two other positions.

No way would I say no to him signing obviously...

I'd prefer him to Bradley tbh.

It would be a laugh to play a team with Sullivan, Turner and Bayly against Boez though.

And then lump on Rovers finishing the game with 8 men. :D

Delighted Turner is signing for Rovers, gonna be a real test of MONs management abilities between Turner and Burns if he signs.
