MMs message too big to download

I keep getting this error on a windows mobile 6.1 atom phone when trying to receive mms messages: "This message is to big than the size specified to download" Im on meteor PAYG, most MMS messages come in ok, but just a few over 200kb wont download.

Is their a memory setting in the phone, that you can specify the limit?

I cant see anywhere to adjust memory settings.
