Not that i know of but would be interested if there was. I think Vodafone are the cheapest mobile provider for sending International text messages and you can also send them through their website at vodafone.ie, you get 600 free texts a month.

Yeah Im with o2 but in their t&c's they specify "Messages should only be sent to customers of other GSM Operators." and none of my texts to US delivered.
