Cycling on King St Sout

I saw a sign last week saying it was allowed during (I think) the morning rush hour (6-10) but was pedestrianized after that.

It used to be a shared space (pedestrians + cyclists) as the prohibitory signage had "except cyclists". After complaints from shop keepers, the "except cyclists" was removed. I'm not sure of the current status.
