    i saved something on the computers in ucd, completely forgot to save to a usb etc and now im at home nowhere near dublin needing what i saved! im such a fool i could kick myself!!! is there any chance that there is someway i can get it through ucdconnect that im unaware of? .... its a long shot i know...

    Just realised I haven't used a lab computer in UCD in ages, so I probably wont be of any help. Ignore what i said about your H Drive, they might not even exist any more.

    Edit again: Oh look, it does still seem to be there.

    Log into UCD connect, and then in the middle column towards the bottom of the Home page click the "Home Directory" link, then have a browse there and see if you can find your file.

    yeh you can get it through the connect, just under the email section theres something to click on and it will give you a directory. It will be hard to find but it will be there;) right click and download

    no more having to go back to dublin to finish assignment etc.,

    happy days etc. etc.


    if youre in no way computer literate, I can explain more
