    130e is a little low.

    If you make it 140e its yours but even then thats pushing it.

    I've done some sums and I can't go the extra €10 sorry.

    I'll have to stick at €130.

    If you do decide to take the €130 then I can be in the van and on my way to you in 30 mins.

    You offered less than 130e.....so even if he pulls out thats too low.

    If you have an offer more than 130e by tonight its yours but vents is getting it tomorrow if no one has a better offer.
