Ever written and complained to a sweet/snack company?

Just wondering if anyone here has ever felt the need to write and complain to a sweet company about a product they bought? If so what response did you get back from the company...if any! This might be boarding on the whole "not allowed and it's gonna get locked as we don't want to be sued", I'm not too sure but that's fine…

When I was young I found that some of the chocolate covered biscuits I'd bought had some sort of white crystals on them (probably sugar but I wasn't going to try them). My parents rang Nabisco and they apologised. A week later we received a big box full of their products.

Ah years ago, I found a huge lump of salt in a bag of Perri crisps. I thought nothing of it but my Mam must have sent it away or complained. A few weeks later, a truck came to the house with 4 boxes of crisps.
