Deep physical relaxation technique

    Hi Folks,

    Some folk have posted about anxiety problems recently. I have created three deep relaxation youtube videos. I find the technique very good for calming nerves when doing exams, meeting large groups of people, attending interviews etc.

    You should try and practise the technique at least twice a day for 10 days or so and at least once a day after that.

    It should take no more than 25 minutes per session. Apologies but I had to break it up into 3 videos.
