    This may belong in construction.
The place we are renting has the living room, kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs.
We have noticed that there is no ventilation in the bedrooms except for the windows. They are located on the ground floor so I wouldn't feel safe leaving the windows open.
Are there requirements for rooms to have a certain level of ventilation?
The place is about 10 years old.
    Thanks

There should be some sort of permanent venilation. Is there a setting on the windows where it can vent, but is still locked?

Thanks for the reply. There is a small vent on the side of the window frame. This must be it.
    Thanks
