Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Plug the modem into router with standard utp cable into slot 1 (the one that has number 1 on it) for the internet to router, router as getaway connection.
Make sure that the wireless is enabled on router.
Access address for the router is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.1.
Password should be on the back of the router.
If it is not try admin, admin.
If it fails give me more details and I will give you more info.
