    Hi guys,

I know this is a long shot but I'm trying all avenues. My friend has lost some jewellery today, around the molesworth street / schoolhouse lane area.

It is a gold chain, and on it is a St Anthony medal, a small gold horn, and a gold ring. They are literally irreplaceable. The chain and medal he's had since birth. The ring belonged to his father who passed away quite recently and had been handed down in the family.

There's huge sentimental value and he's gutted to have lost it. We think it came out of a torn pocket in the bag he was using. I'm offering a reward for anyone who knows where it is or who has found it.

    Thanks for reading.

Mods, if this is in the wrong place, please move it. I really wasn't sure where the most appropriate place for it was.

I'll keep an eye out. Post it on gumtree and adverts.ie if you are allowed.

    Newspaper adverts e.t.c. will help.

Thanks. Will check out gumtree and adverts and put it up there too. Also the papers, but that'll have to wait until tomorrow, I think.

Hope he gets it back and some scumbag isn't walking around with it now, not realising how much it means to someone

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

That's one of my biggest worries. I've spent an hour walking around the street with a torch looking for it with no luck.

It's so important to him, and I feel so bad that I couldn't find it :(
