Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you have the original disks that came with the computer, or an XP disk you should be able to boot from that and format and install.

Format the disk and reinstall xp from scratch. You could create a Data partition on the disk and copy all your files that you want to keep in there. You should download all the drivers your laptop will need before doing anything though, it'll save any headaches after installing xp.

In that case check for a restore partition (hopefully you won't have removed it when setting up 7).
