    Hey all. Making an appointment to get a tattoo in the new year in Galway city - anyone wanna recommend shops and artists to me please??
    Also, mention if there's any I should stay far far away from!
    I'd love to hear some stories of personal experiences, as we all know you can never trust the hearsay...

    i always stick to g's tattoo on prospect hill and shop street for my tattoos. gordons really good at what he does. and hes lovely! couple of my friends and boyfriend have gotten tattoo by him, and there was never any hassle or anything bad from him or anyone in the shop. have heard some bad things about irish ink but then again thats just word of mouth!

    Not a pop at the OP but why do people not bother using the Search function? is it the same on the other fora? There seem to be multiple thread on Galway tattoo artists / foot tattoos recently. /rant

    To the OP, good luck with whatever studio you choose, hope the tattoo comes out well. Just be sure to pick an artist with a great track record in the style that you're looking to achieve. Also dont restrict yourself to Galway because you happen to live there, if the artist that can give you the best tattoo is in Cork / Dublin / London then its a journey worth making dont you agree?

    custom tattoo in galway got my first tattoo in there yesterday great place very friendly staff. got my tattoo by jefry great guy im over the moon with his work. would recomend this studio to my friends. its on lower abbeygate st just off shop st thanks to everyone in there
