    So basically, state-level intolerance is fine, as long as you're a small enough state?

    San Marino?
    Andorra?

    Just how do we define some size/population of a nation and decide "above this point, its no longer acceptable for you to be intolerant and bigoted"?

    Surely intolerance is one situation where size really doesn't matter?
