    Is "Melchior" not pronounced like "Mel-kee-yor"? The actor just called him "Mel-chee-yor" :confused:

    Lame ads though. Lucinda or English Steve will probably get fired, giving useless ginger Steve a bye through to the interview stage. :(

    Steve and Lucinda's ad is destined to fail. The radio ad seems bizarre and the poster looks like ridiculously amateur with those mugshot esque photos.

    Ginger Steve is such a passenger on this one. Fair play to Geraldine.

    Not looking forward to Lucinda and Steve's presentation. Likely to be a cringe-fest.

    ginger steve needs to take a breath, hes a bag of nerves everytime he presents.
    geraldine won it for them im thinking.if she was a little more professional in speaking to them it would of been very good.
    i can imagine hearing her ad on the radio in fairness.
