Hotmail and Facebook not working!!

    Hi,
    I am logged in to a shared wireless router. I dont have any writes to it.
    I can not access Hotmail and Facebook since yesterday. I thought it was Malware on my machine or a virus...so i rebuild my machine with new windows install. But the problem is still there.
    I can access the websites using vtunnel.com website.
    Strange thing is.....all my hotmail emails were deleted?? It seems to me that some malware or virus did this... which means that something got my passwords.. then how is this a router problem? has to be the pc??!! you know know what i mean? MSN messenger is working fine!!
    Im seriously confussled!!
    Oh.. i get the hotmail.com login screen but cant go any further.
    any suggestions?
