    Hello there guys,

Just letting you know, a new sports/martial arts shop is opening up where the budget travel once was on main street of athy, the shop should be opening on december 5th and is being run by BJJ blue belt andrew maher. The shop will have MMA, BJJ, Boxing and martial arts equipment and apparel, everything you need under one roof... it is also a fully equipped sports shop.

Brands include pimp it fight wear and gracie mma apparel, along with blitz sports and MMA universegear.

This has been a long time coming for andrew and a lot of hard work has gone into it. Athybjj would like to wish him best of luck in his endeversmile.gif

Any clue if they will stock stuff like Tapout, Silver Star, Badboy, Affliction etc? The usual suppliers of fighter sponsor shirts?

We generally get shafted on prices for that kind of stuff. Silver Star t-shirts are £45-£50 sterling in most UK or online stores. Affliction even more.

You'd think Tapout gear would be cheap nowadays with the amount of crappy publicity that Alex Reid gave them!

    Cheers mate.

Just bought 2 Silver Star shirts and a Sinister one from a fella on ebay. £80 sterling delivered from the States.

Would be good to have a reasonable local retailer though. Well local-ish, I'm in Donegal!
