My wife found out the other day that she was adopted.

She was absolutely distraught and wept uncontrollably, constantly asking "Why didn't they want me, why did they give me away?"

I did what I could to comfort and console her and after a while she asked me to make love to her so as she could feel loved and wanted.

This led to more tears.

On reflection, banging her up the **** & shouting "Who's your Daddy" was probably a little insensitive.......
