Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    what a class flick

and as staunch Toffee, I can say how crap the game is now compared to the era when Messers Cantona was playing.

Of course back then I had little or no interest in him but still remembered his goals...(they stick with you don't they..?).

and the film brought his outrageous and flamboyant self gushing back . his side footed swerved pass to Irwin must be unsurpassed since.....

As he said in the film.

Im not a man, im Cantona...

    indeed..:p

Really enjoyed it. Went to see it in the cinema with 3 mates, of which none supported United and they all loved it. Surprisingly funny.
Loved the bit when all the united fans put on Cantona masks and trash the house! Great stuff!

Its a Ken Loach film dude, swear words generally make up a good third of the script when hes around.

Cracking movie though, and your right were going down the route of every other sport now and creating some awesome athletes, with very few characters.

It's an all rounder. I watched it with the missus & she loved it - and she doesn't even like football!

Cantona is fantastic in it though.
