tattoo quotes!

okay i've finally decided on my tattoo after much debating!!:D but i want to get a quote within the design, something that means something to me but i'm having trouble deciding on what one (i'm v. indecisive!!). But im just wondering if anybody has any good quotes that I can take into consideration?!?

A good starting point would be what you want it to mean or symbolize. We could spout random quotes all year and you might like none of them, especially if you want it to mean something to you.

What is the design around it? That could help

I want it to be about love/life/dreams! for example...

-all you need is love

- there is only one happiness in life, to love and to be loved

-all our dreams come true if we have the courage to persue them

-Laugh as much as you breathe and love as long as you live

things like that!

The design is stars, flowers and swirls and the quote will be as one of the swirls!

The way I know it is:

"shoot for the moon, even if you miss you'll land amongst the stars"

Might not be correct tho 0.o

I've always loved that quote and have wanted to get it tattooed for the longest time. The way i usually write it is "If you reach for the moon and miss; don't fret for you're amongst the stars", guaranteed it's very long that way!

Check out the old poets like, Dante, Yeats, playwights like Shakespeare.... and Aesop. These guys have some good ones.
