Debranding a SE K850i

Well, i have a K850i, branded to telstra (aus). The phone is unlocked but the branding is really pi$$ing me off, i want to be able to assign the left and right touch button (currently stuck on 'bigpond' and 'foxtel') as well as remove the 'play now' and 'telstra' tabs in the main menu. Just wondering what is the best way…

Just wondering what is the best way to do this for free?
I have seen websites where you pay for it (divinci and others) but from searching threads on here it seems i can do it for free also?
Any help appreciated.
