Server Cal's

I am buying 3 new servers for a business with 35 computers.

1 * Server will be File and Printer running Win 2003 R2
The two other servers will be running an oracle database on Win 2003 R2 64 bit which is access internally only via a web interface to one of the servers and that server pulls the data from the 2nd server.

I am wondering about the number of Cal's I will need for this.

I know for the File and Print I would need 35 Device/User Cals but what would I need for the other servers? Would I need 35 cals for each of them?

Due to the oracle application I cannot run VMWare or put it onto the F&P Server as the software support company does not allow this.

    Googling came back with this:
    http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/31615112/confused-with-userdevice.aspx
"If your servers are in Per Seat mode, which is
what you want to be in usually with multiple servers, you only need that
one user or device CAL for accessing all servers in your domain. So, that
person or device could use resources on different servers without violating
    the licensing. "

So I need to license the servers in Per Seat Mode and then buy 35 per device cals. Seem ok?
