Why are threads closed?

    Hi, just wondering what justifies a thread been closed? No complaints here but just a general wonderment, for instance I had a thread here

    and it's now closed. Is it because I answered and said thanks for the help and you don't want it going on any longer?

    Threads (in general) are closed for any amount of reasons.

    If you want to find out why yours was closed, drop the forum mod a PM to enquire - I'm sure they'll advise you :)
