Each of them have 3 baskets.
In each basket there are 4 cats.
Each cat has 3 little kittens.

How many legs are in the bus?

Can you work this out??

2 because only the driver is in the bus the rest are "on" the bus.

A bajillion cos this is a stupid quiz with a warped answer that makes no sense.

It was a play TV question and They gave the answer at the end of the program, which they also would give the equation on how they got the answer. I worked out this 3 differerent ways and had 3 answers.

I believe it's the EACH OF THEM HAVE 3 BASKETS.

4 girls 3 baskets each. Or 4 Girls with 3 Baskets.??

Lets work it out!! hehe.....

based on the kittens really. it doesnt say there is 3 seperate kittens for each cat... just there is 3 kittens for each cat. same number of kittens..

so ppl 4 *2 = 8
baskets 12 with cats 4*4 = 48 + kittens (3*4)

I don't think there is a right answer, as there are so many due to the way it's written and that's just plain Tom Foolery.

or else 200

4 girls with three baskets each = 12 baskets

4 cats in each basket = 48 cats

although each cat has 3 kittens, this is a red herring, these kittens are not in the baskets, (as only 4 cats per basket.) these kittens may not be on the bus.

so 48 cats with 4 legs each = 192 legs
+ 4 girls with 2 legs each = 8 legs

192+8=200 legs
