    Big day for me - interval session this morning.
    Did 20xRLJs followed by 10xArguingWithTaxiDriver then switched bikes, jumped on a Dublin Bike and regretted the lack of gearing on them, I missed my compact triple with a 42 on the back. Cut the session short and went and ate cake - couldn't decide which so ate chocolate carrot cake.

    The fantastic irony of this is that of all the boardsies Tunneys blog is nothing more than a training log.

    Btw. Where did you get the 42t cassette on the rear. I have had too much cake and may actually need one :-)
