Express card problem

Please help!!

Ive a express card for pcmcia/cardbus adapter. When i plug it in windows installs it as a texas instruments cardbus 1510 and then does not find a driver meaning it will not work. Now i've tried to find a driver for the texas thing and express cards but no joy.

What do i do now?

which version of windows ?

have you checked the card manufactureres web site

even windows 95 used to some drivers for TI chipset !

Its not supposed to need a driver, i think the make is expresscard? and i cant find any help anywhere in google.

i may be wrong, but it seems to me it's the driver for the PCMCIA card you're puttin IN the adapter that you need, what type of card are you putting in the adapter? ethernet, usb, firewire?

i was wrong, seems the card doesn't want to play nice, i wonder could the older xp drivers work?

it does not recognize the card i put in, but if its showing as having a problem in device manager it wouldnt, i suppose. Do you know where i'd find xp drivers? and how i get windows to let me use them?

seems it's not possible im afraid, you may just have to get a new card thats expresscard54 slot compatible and forget about the adapter
