    Tried to do a bit of research for you. On the official Champions of Gaming forum I am getting no reply (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/345317.page). Someone asked on the Tiger Woods forum before and the only answer...assumed...from Moderator "EAcom Golf Tim" was:
    Likely due to some sort of Irish gaming law that prevents EA from offering the opportunity to Irish users. You would have to contact EA's legal department for the appropriate answer.
