Joe is No. 1 in Irish charts
It is a tiny market here, it really does not matter.

However the Irish xmas no.1 won't be revealed until Christmas Eve, so there's still a chance to make a difference.

RATM have said the profits from the sales of their song is going entirely to charity.

i reckon sony might have a small difference of opinion there

I think they meant their own royalties will be going to charity.

I know, 8 out of the top 20 are on the Syco label.. Just let me have my moment. Hopefully this will create an X Factor backlash and he can stop mass marketing rubbish music. I can hope.

I feel the exact same, but I'm afraid the chances of that happening are slim and none!

Was delighted to see that RATM got the "one" SPOT.
Speaking for myself, I'm tired of hearing regurgitated songs (usually crap) re-vocalised by artists other than the origional singer/creator.

    Take for example "Westlife".
I can understand their appeal but I'm tired of them grabbing and singing Josh Groban (amid others) songs on their many albums.
For gods sake, can they not come up with their own stuff?
Actually, can any of them even play an instrument or sing as a soloist?

I mention them but they are not on their own. There is too many cases like them.

I'm tired of the pop "fodder for the braindead" rubbish triped out to us all.
    Its 95% crap I feel.

Well done to the makers of the Facebook page and well done to RATM.
