We are travelling to Ghana in January as a medical team doing charity work in a hospital and have amassed an amount of medical stores, clothes etc. and hoping somebody may know the best and cheapest way to transport the stores.

Best bet is probably the international courier companies, UPS, DHL, etc.

Have you checked the availability of those supplies in Ghana? You might be shipping stuff that is locally available at lower cost.

Thanks Victor. Everything we are bringing out was donated to us and we are bringing out of use medical equipment. These were requested in Ghana. Im thinking about a portion of a container. The more space we have the more we can bring.

Then consider a shipping company. Although finding a matching part container load from Ireland to Ghana may be difficult.
