    anyone know best way to get exterior paint off cobble lock ?

    Is it a spilled can of paint or overspray from a roller/gun?
    And is it emulsion or oil based?

    Most likely the best way is to spill boiling water over it and pressure wash it with a turbo nossle. The nossle can cut through concrete if left on the same area long enough so should lift the paint
