Hey People! 20 days to Christmas! Woohoo. Goin to Oslo mid Feb. (CHEAP FLIGHTS! :D ) , and wondering has anyone been there in the winter or know wat its like? The average Feb max temp there is -1C and an average min of -7C although obviously depending on conditions at the time there could be fairly hefty variations on those figures, also notable is that average sunlight in February, only 3 hoursa day!
