Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi gooner, have you found any other information about these ventilation methods? I don't know much about them, do you know what their efficiency is like in comparison to mhrv and traditional vents?

    PS. Sorry I don't install these... ;)

Keep in mind that the minimum aperture size is what is considered under building regs. Since you need 7500mm2 per vent, you would need vents that don't get any smaller than that.

You can get around this by using a humidity sensitive vent rather than an air temp senstive vent. Since relative humidity is a good indicator of air quality (high humidity = needs new air), the assumption is that the vent will open whenever the air needs changing, opening to the full 7500mm2 regardless of air temp.
