NTL BB slow waterford city

is any one else BB slower lately speed tests reporting 7mb speeds when the line being payed for is 20mb. being noticing it slower lately. usually the slowest it be would be around 16mb on peek times of the day

Use Dublin as the server. You get huge discrepancies when using the others.:)
