Just saw this on the website term's and conditions, no detail of this offer is up yet so me thinks it's a new promotion... ( i could be wrong and this might not be an offer)

What it could be is some promotion for topping up by 20 euro you get some deal with this promotion

It could well be Random(feel like a fool if it is ), just I don't remember it being there before.

It's only gone up recently but that doesn't mean that it can't be what you suggested. I'm just kinda hopeful that meteor bring out another promotion..

Just an update on this (sorry for digging up an old thread)
The ALL Calls has been updated:

The Promotion is for nine cents / 9c any network calls, which will offer the customer a 9 cent call rate per minute or part thereof (inclusive of VAT) at anytime, to any mobile or landline network number (save for listed exclusions) in the Republic of Ireland only. The call set-up charge shall not be applicable when a customer is on this Promotion, save where fair usage conditions listed below are breached.

The Promotion is available only to Meteor Pay As You Go ("PAYG") Customers on the Anytime Choice Tariff Plan ("Eligible Customers") who contact and register with Meteor between 1st November ‘09 and 31st March 2010 ("Promotion Period").

Eligible Customers must contact and register via specified channels, with Meteor for the Promotion and top-up by €20 or more in one go after so registering, during the Promotion Period to receive 9c any network calls for Life to an Irish mobile or landline number For Life

It would appear not:

Eligible Customers acknowledge that the various promotions available on the Anytime Choice Tariff Plan that can be registered for are mutually exclusive and that by availing of any one, they shall not, at the same time, be able to avail of the other promotions. Customers can switch, however, to any other promotion under this Tariff Plan by duly contacting and registering their change with Meteor and then topping-up their account in accordance with the requirements of such other promotion. Upon effecting any different promotion, an Eligible Customers’ entitlement to this Promotion shall automatically cease and the new promotion shall be effected after topping-up in accordance with the terms of such promotion.
