Samsung Ping Unlock?

I want to get a Samsung Ping unlocked I brought it into FMmobiles in town and they said the software isn't out yet.. but someone I know got theres unlocked in liffey valley for 30 euro, I don't wanna pay 30 euro for an unlock when they do it for 10-15 in FMmobiles, Has anyone got one of these unlocked else where?

I dont think their is a problem to unlock these, not sure why FM couldn't do it for you. Try some of the other places in town.
