Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Want to buy dad a camera for christmas

Me and my brother are looking into getting my dad a camera for christmas. Problem is we're both broke and the ultimate maximum we would have is 200euro and that is seriously pushing it.

My dad loves to take photos and has a nice keen eye for a good snap. However something pretty basic would do him fine. I have a Canon ixux500 and I find it works fine for me, something along those lines would also be fine for him.

Any help would be really appreciated as we are running out of time.

    thanks

You could reconsider this op you get a film slr some film and arrange something like a developing voucher with the left over cash in a local shop..That way he'll have much higher quaility images and the option to upgrade lenses quite cheaply if needed.
