Breadcrumbs,Leeks, Herbs, dash of Olive oil and a bit of grated parmesan.
Spread on top and Bake.

Wrap the cod in parma ham, roast, place on pesto mashed potatos. yum!

place on foil, add garlic, coriander, ginger and soya sauce, wrap it up "en papillote" and place it in the oven

if you can make a herb stuffing, chop some pitted black olives through it. fry your cod on both sides, finish inder the grill, for the last minute or so put some of your "stuffing" on top and grill it so your cod has a black olive herb crust. serve over sweet potato puree and with a nice homemade salsa.
