Button holder for Rip Curl Jacket

    Hi,

The button on the collar is after coming off my jacket. Luckily I spotted it on the floor and still have it. But trying to get it on is a different story. The buttons on the jacket are not sewn in but are kind of stapled in if you know what I mean. Is there any place in Dublin I can buy these staples or get the button put back in. Surely there must be a shop like this somewhere.

    Cheers in advance.

I'll give this thread a few days here and if there is no reasonable solution I'll move it over to Arts & Crafts where the nice artsy and crafty people might have an answer for ya.

Meanwhile, could ya not sew it back on till you find the proper 'stapling' fix? A few discreet stiches makes your jacket presentable in public again.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Cheers OldGoat. I'd just be afraid that the metal would eat through the thread and the button would be lost for good.
