Oh youre happy to see people struggle to pay, to live?? The trade unions were damn well right to do what they did and what theyre gonna do. Cop on and stop with this vendetta against the Public sector.

The union leaders are rubbish and should be sacked.

The cuts are necessary, but I agree, nothing to be particularly "happy" about, people will suffer because of these - both public and private.

    DeV.

He did them earlier, think it was 15% above 200K and somewhere in between for 125k-200k

No, sorry, get real, the public sector needs to be brought down to international levels and this is a step forward. Sorry if its money out of your pockets, but that's what happens when we have a bloated, overpaid and underworked public sector in our country, things can't be rosy forever.

So far, so predictable quite honestly.

    €0-€30,000 - 5%
    €30,000 - €70,000 - 7.5%
    €70,000 - €125,000 - 10%

I'm fairly sure that's what he announced.

    What about money over that?

This is for public sector workers.........right?

If people over 24 are found to be refusing work offers it gets cut to €150. Or at least that's how I read it as.
