Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thank you! I'm very happy with this shot, it's my most-viewed flickr pic as it's been passed around by people presumably finding some humour in a tough time.

    It was shot on Henry St in Cork, near the Mercy Hospital. I would have missed it only for my fiancée bursting into laughter and pointing, so credit to her :) I used a Sony a200 (hurray for affordable DSLRs), a Minolta 70-200mm telephoto lens from the 80s, 'no-flash-mode' and a handy traffic sign pole to lean against.
