Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For your planning application your agent would have had to present a Site Layout Plan, usually to a scale of 1:500, showing a lot of detail. Most of what you need can be (ought to be) determined from this Site Layout Plan. If the floor level is determinable, your footpath level should be around 200 mm below this (not less then 150mm between finished floor level and foolpath level).

One thing jumps pit at me and that is did you engage your design consultant to prepare working drawings or are you just using planning drawings?

Depending on what fees were agreed, it will have an effect on the level of service provided by the design consultant.
