What inspired you to support Sunderland? My Dad! He was a massive Charlie Hurley fan growing up as a kid and he had me kitted out in Sunderland gear as soon as I kicked a ball!

NEW SEASON TO KICK-OFF ON 20th OCTOBER.
We have received the following letter from the FKF (Football Kenya Federation)

Morning Hon members,
Hope every club here received a letter from secretary general Oruko.
The letter was clear on the league registration dateline as 5/10/19.
We will be having clubs meeting on 12/10/19 and only paid up clubs will be invited and allowed in the clubs meeting.
Our league has been scheduled to kickoff on 20/10/19.
Clubs will receive fixtures on 13/10/19 and those with part payment will not be included in the fixtures.


NOTE that those who will have not paid by 5/10/19 will be replaced with other standby clubs on merit.

Once again thanks for your continued cooperation.

Here are the easy steps of how to order
1, Make a bank transfer for the correct amount to the following:

or if you don't have the means to do an online transfer and prefer to pay by cheque contact Gary on the above number.
2) After payment text or call Gary, with the shirt size you require, plus your name and address to post your shirt.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
You may ask why it takes 3-4 weeks, well our funds don't give us the opportunity to buy stock in advance, so once you place your order we have to order your shirt, then once it arrives, we need to take it to our shirt sponsors to have our crest and sponsors logo added.
Most shirts will only take 2-3 weeks, but we are trying to play safe, so we don't disappoint anyone. All the work is done in the UK, and if you prefer to save on the P&P you can collect in person from Gary in Seaham.

Mcgeady must have been the bad egg in that team?? They are on some run at the moment, keeping things tight at the back. Trophies are won off a solid defence

Aido was quality last season scoring 16 goals perhaps it's more a case of he didn't fit into Parkinson's system. Fair play to Parky for turning it around but still s long way to go.

Classic game of two halves last night Sunderland dominant in the first Fleetwood better in the second.




But some encouraging performances from Macfazean Embledon Diamond and Younger (till he got injured) all did well.
